# Method Steps:

01 - Wash and slice cucumbers lengthwise into thin slices approximately 0.16 inches thick.
02 - Use a 1.2–1.6 inch star-shaped cookie cutter to cut stars from cucumber slices. Place stars on paper towel to remove excess moisture.
03 - In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
04 - Transfer cheese mixture into a piping bag fitted with a small star tip or use a plastic bag with a snipped corner.
05 - Arrange cucumber stars on serving platter and pipe a small dollop of cheese mixture onto each star.
06 - Top each assembled star with a small piece of red bell pepper and a sprig of dill for decorative effect.
